Misc Pics - Jan to Apr 2017

January 2017
This is a couple of weeks late because we were in a hurry to get to church so I could play the piano for a couple of special musical numbers. I love coordinating their outfits, but Peter is getting old enough that he refused to wear the same color bowtie (so sad).

These matching shirts were worn by Peter and Rigby when they were younger.

I told Rigby that he has a frog army (which is actually what a group of frog is called, ha ha). He corrected me and said that he actually has a "frog family."

He also LOVES his frog blanket!

Rigby was the Terrific Kid in his class for January.

February 2017
Adeline's hair can get pretty crazy.

Rigby LOVED making these robot valentines.

Peter and Rigby used to have two separate twin beds, but would always end up in the same bed; so we decided that we would just move them into this double bed we had hanging around. It never ceases to amaze me what crazy positions they end up in. Wish I could sleep as soundly as they do!

March 2017

We stayed the night in a Baton Rouge hotel so Scott and I could alternate temple sessions. I took the kids swimming at the indoor pool while Scott was gone.

Oh my goodness, I love the chubby cuteness!

Adeline is always trying her best to take care of Timothy. He looks so confused, ha ha ha!

April 2017

Jumping is exhausting! This is hands down one of the best baby gear purchases.

Global Wildlife Center

Scott's work put together a trip to the Global Wildlife Center here in Louisiana.  The kids had fun seeing all of the animals.  We rode around with a big sack of food and fed the animals.

Longhorn

They had to keep warning people about now getting fingers too close in case of getting bit. This picture makes me so grateful for toothpaste/toothbrushes. Yuck!

Easter 2017

Reuben and Adeline were spoiled and got three Easter Egg hunts this year. The first was for a ward playgroup, the second for Adeline's Tiny Tumblers Preschool and third was at home. I love seeing how excited they get for such simple things.

Adeline asked for her picture to be taken on this frog at the playground so she could show Rigby later (Rigby is obsessed with frogs).

Pinewood Derby 2017

This is Peter's second year to participate in the Pinewood Derby. Rigby was able to participate because they had some extra kits; he was beyond excited. Thank you to my wonderful husband who has the know how and patience to do this with our boys!

Adeline's 5th Birthday

As you can tell, Adeline LOVES the color pink. She requested pink cupcakes with sprinkles. She also requested a Cinderella balloon (which she calls "Singerella" cause of her speech difficulties, so cute!) She got a Minnie Mouse shirt, sunglasses and a case, a pink princess nightgown and some Sofia the First toys. We love having this little girl around. Adeline loves to take care of and boss her brothers around. She is also starting to like jewelry (yea!). We love you, Baby Girl!

The Leprechaun Trap! 2017

Rigby has been dreaming of making a leprechaun trap for a year now. He left gold coins in the large plastic jar. Then he placed a chenille stem rope for the leprechaun to climb up to the tissue paper, which he hoped would break-trapping the leprechaun for us all to see!

Peter & Rigby showing off their leprechaun trap!

Being up at night to feed Timothy, I got a quick picture of the leprechaun ready to steal the gold coins.

Rigby woke up to all the gold gone and no trapped leprechaun. He got a nasty note from the little green guy though:

Timothy Trying Solids

Baby facial expressions are the best when they first try solids!
