Spin n' Dance
We finally got Peter to perform on video. We have wasted about 15 minutes worth of tape trying to get this footage. I guess we just were not playing the right music before. We discovered he prefers music by the Goo Goo Dolls or maybe we just caught him at a good moment. Whatever it was, I was very excited! Enjoy my cute little dancing-diaper boy.

Socks and the Violin
So, Scott has trained Peter to help take his dress socks off after he comes home from work. DISGUSTING! I do not condone these strange actions! But it is really funny to watch Peter get so excited to take Daddy's socks off. Oh, boys. Also, I decided one day to play the violin for Peter again. I use to play in front of him a lot when he was a baby and he seemed to like it. Well, you can determine whether or not he likes it now. I laugh so hard every time I watch his reaction. (Sorry for out of tune playing, I definitely need some practice.)
One other interesting story of note. Peter has discovered that he has two holes in his nose. We will often find him walking around with a finger from each hand shoved up his nostrils. Again, DISGUSTING! Of course, he also shoves his fingers in his mouth shortly after this. Do all boys do these gross things or is this just my little boy?

1st Baseball Game
Peter went to his first baseball game this last week. It was during his nap time, and he was still wonderful for two and half hours!!! It did help that he slept in until 9:45 that morning. Thank you Peter! Anyway, we sat a few rows behind the visitor's dugout (along the third baseline). They were great seats. Some people we know in the ward invited us to come because they had won some tickets and had two extra ones. The Astros ended up losing to the Cleveland Indians. Well, here are the pictures.
That sunscreen bottle that Peter is holding was the most wonderful toy ever. I think he played with it for at least 30-45 minutes. The little stink figured out how to unscrew it though.
Scott insisted that I put up a picture with me in it. I was going to put up our family picture, but I look absolutely terrible in it, and I refused to post it. So, here is an okay picture of me instead.

What happens when you aimlessly wander Walmart . . .
. . . you end up with things you don't need.
So, Scott and I were feeling very lazy and distracted at Walmart during our last grocery trip. When this happens, we loose each other several times while we look at our favorite areas of the store (we still only have the one cell phone too!). Well, Scott found the fish area and wanted to see how Peter would react to the fish.
I have a soft spot for fish ever since my Mom brought some goldfish home from one of her college classes. After that my dad bought a fish tank and some tropical fish. My sister and I named every fish and cried when every fish died. Well, we cried a lot because fish die really easily. Anyway, you can see that I have a history with fish. Oh, during college I also had some fish. I actually ended up holding my fish in it's bowl while I rode in the car from Idaho to Utah and then back again. I just couldn't give them away. Ridiculous, I know.
So, we ended up with Hermes and Uh-Oh (Peter named this one-his favorite word). What I was thinking, I have no idea. Just more things to clean. Peter really likes them. In fact, he likes them so much that he tries to pick them up and play with them! Well here are the new additions to our family:
